Tailored Production Solutions for Back Braces

Flexible Back Brace

Designed for comfort and support, these braces combine vertical plastic stays for gentle immobilization with breathable, knitted elastic fabric. For a customizable fit, they often feature Velcro closures, side pulls, and hand straps. An added benefit in some designs is a lumbar pad, which massages the back muscles during wear.

Semi-rigid and Rigid Back Brace

Engineered to immobilize the spine, semi-rigid and rigid braces utilize a combination of structural and compressive elements. They typically consist of long, rigid stays along the back, crossed adjustable straps, and an elasticated fabric that surrounds the abdomen to provide support and compression.

Material Choice

Structural Design

Elastic Blends

It is the most breathable. The stretchy fabric (spandex) allows for air flow, while the synthetic fibers (nylon/polyester) wick moisture away.

Nylon/Polyester Wovens

A strong, breathable choice that dries quickly. These fabrics resist absorbing sweat, so they stay light and cool.

Neoprene

While thick neoprene (7–10mm) retains heat for rigid support, thinner versions (3–5mm) or those with mesh panels offer moderate breathability.

Cotton Blends

Not recommended for breathability. Cotton absorbs and holds moisture, leading to a damp, uncomfortable feel. It’s best reserved for light use.

Mesh Panels

Strategically placed mesh fabric on the sides or back allows air to circulate freely, preventing excessive heat buildup.

Perforated Material

Small holes punched into the fabric (common in elastic or neoprene braces) create channels for sweat and air to escape without compromising support.

Slim, Contoured Fit

A slim, anatomical design sits close to the body while maintaining air pockets. AOFIT achieves this through 3D-knit technology that follows the natural curve of the lower back.

Antimicrobial coatings

Moisture-wicking fabric, combined with silver-ion or copper-ion treatments, wicks away sweat while preventing odor-causing bacteria, ensuring cooler and more hygienic.

Functional Treatments Designed for Peak Performance

Back brace with staps

This lower back brace features a dual-core compression system with eight adjustable straps, allowing for a perfect, customized fit. Its gradient compression design ergonomically contours to your lower back, while reinforced stitching securely bonds the Velcro and inner material for reliable, slip-free wear.

Back brace with pulley system

Unlike simple elastic supports, these braces feature pulley- or ratchet-like mechanisms that lets users tailor compression across the lower back and abdomen. This customizable support encourages spinal alignment, eases muscle fatigue, and alleviates pressure on sensitive areas.

Back Brace with Ice Pack

Experience elevated care with our back brace, thoughtfully paired with dual-therapy gel packs. Seamlessly transition between cooling cryotherapy and soothing warmth, offering a personalized approach to pain management and muscular recovery for total well-being.

Magnetic Back Brace

Featuring 20 integrated magnets and a self-heating mechanism, it emits magnetic field lines to deliver magnetic energy. This promotes warmth in the waist and abdomen area, helping to alleviate discomfort, improve posture, and offer lumbar support and protection.

Inflatable Back Brace

This model features a built-in airbag that works with a specialized inflatable ball. The airbag effortlessly deflates with a simple press and push, while its multi-chamber design delivers supportive, all-around traction.

Waterproof Back Brace

Stay supported and dry with this waterproof back brace, engineered for active, sweaty environments. It keeps water out through a breathable membrane and thermally bonded seams, while a closed-cell EVA foam lumbar pad ensures cushioning that won’t absorb moisture—even during brief submersion.

Specialized Back Brace for Every Application

Medical

Medical-grade lumbar braces provide rigid support through an ergonomic design featuring 4-6 integrated stays, X-shaped back panels, and dual adjustable straps for customized compression. Constructed from breathable, high-elastic knit, they offer secure, all-day wear with features like anti-skid edges and removable lumbar pads to aid in the management of conditions such as herniated discs and sciatica.

Sports

Engineered for active use, sports lumbar braces combine mobility with core support. They use breathable mesh fabrics and flexible internal stays to stabilize the lower back without restricting motion. Dual-adjustment straps allow for personalized compression, while features like anatomical contouring, anti-slip bands, and optional massage pads enhance comfort and performance during exercise.

Industrial

Industrial back belts are designed to reduce back strain, alleviate existing back or abdominal discomfort, prevent injury, and promote safer lifting practices. They feature removable crisscross suspenders for enhanced support during heavy lifting. For a minimalist fit or when extra support isn’t required, the suspenders can be easily detached. Secure double-pull straps and adjustable buckles allow for a fully customized and secure fit.
